Equipment integrity management technology is to take a combination of technical improvement measures and standardizing the equipment management, to ensure the operating status integrity for critical equipments in the entire device. It is a device risk management philosophy. Equipment integrity management technology is playing a more and more important role in raising the standard of business management, reducing the cost of production, ensuring the long period safe operation of plants. In this paper, firstly, the concept of equipment integrity management was provided. Secondly, the content and implementation of equipment integrity management system was given. Furthermore, an Equipment Integrity Management System Based on Predictive Maintenance built by China Special Equipment Inspection & Research Institute (CSEI) is introduced. The scheme and the thoughts of the system are introduced in details. And the characteristics and functions of the proposed system have been demonstrated.
