This article applies the fuzzy clustering algorithm in the intrusion detection, and proposed one kind of matrix FCM algorithm in view of the nowadays cluster algorithm existence question, this method increase detection rate and decrease false alarm rate through experimental verification, moreover this method enhanced the extendibility.
