Based on analysis of product structure and consideration of stochastic uncertainty of returned products quantity, a manufacturing/remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network (M/RM CLSCN) optimization model is build whose optimization targets consist of cost, resource and environment. Then the model is transformed to a deterministic model by chance-constrained programming approach and a numerical example is given to prove the validity of the model and algorithm.
