Since the issue of the 2007 edition of Section XI, the changes have been of two categories. In the first category are a number of changes to paragraphs in IWA-4000 to fine tune and maintain the base code requirements. The second category contains some revisions and the issue of new code cases. In the text that follows, the code text revisions and revised and new cases (as issued in supplements 1–12) are described based on the addenda in which their approved actions were issued.
